Thanks to this fitness accessory, you can strengthen and tone several parts of your body such as your arms, abs, legs, hips, thighs and waist. You can also perform a multitude of exercises; here are a few examples.

To strengthen your legs 

Place your feet on the pedals and bend your legs to 90 degrees. Keep the handle in your hand, lift your legs to a 90° angle, then fully extend your legs.

To tone your waist 

Lie with your legs straight and feet together. Hold the handle in your hand, lie down and then sit up.

To work your shoulders

Stand on the mat with both feet in the pedals. Pull the band handle upwards.

For each exercise you perform, we recommend doing 2 to 3 sets of 15 repetitions.

Finally, this fitness accessory can also be used as a stretching aid to prevent neck and back pain!
