Several sizes to work at your own pace

Our kit includes 3 Kegel balls and a vibrator. The Kegel balls are of different sizes to allow you to work at your own pace.

The larger and lighter the ball, the less your perineum contracts to "hold" the ball, and thus the less it works. While the smaller and heavier the Kegel balls, the more intensely they allow the perineum to work. The second ball, meanwhile, allows all pelvic muscles to work. This is ideal when you are already comfortable with a single ball.

A remote-controlled vibrator with 10 vibrations

As previously stated, our kit also includes a vibrator. This small vibrator will have the same functionality as Kegel balls, but it will give you pleasure at the same time as you work on your perineum, as it has 10 different vibrations. The vibrator will fit perfectly in your vagina, and you can continue all your activities while wearing it! It comes with a remote control that can control the vibrator up to 10 meters away! Moreover, our vibrator is totally silent, so you can use it alone or with people around you without any problem.

All elements of our kit have been created with medical silicone and hypoallergenic very soft and safe material, the Kegel balls and the vibrator will respect and protect your vaginal flora. We recommend washing them with clean water and intimate soap before each use.

Usage tips

To get started with Kegel balls, here are some tips:

• The single Kegel ball (size S) should be used for 30 minutes a day, for 1 to 2 weeks (adjustable according to your progress).
• The two lightest Kegel balls (size M) should be used for 30 minutes a day, for 2 to 3 months (adjustable according to your progress).
• The two heaviest Kegel balls (size L) should be used for 30 minutes a day, for 3 to 4 months (also adjustable according to your progress).
• You can use a little lubricant (water-based preferably) to facilitate the insertion of the balls into your vagina.
• You can continue all your activities with the balls inside you (shopping, housework, etc.) But we advise against using them when doing sports or when sleeping.
• There are Kegel balls specifically for anal practice. However, our kit is not suitable for this practice. Use these balls only for your vagina.
